With 10 years of experience in private equity, project management and operations, he led projects and deals worldwide, having worked in Colombia, USA, UK and Brazil. Gabriel holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School (UK, 2019) and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from UFMG (Brazil, 2009).

Worked in companies turnarounds cicles and international BPO implementation projects advising and managing both projects and operations teams.

T3 Ventures LLC invests in search funds and private companies worldwide. George Jankovic, its manager, is an entrepreneur who grew NutriSystem, Inc., as its president, to more than $600 million in revenues from only $20ish million, and its market capitalization to $2.5 billion from $18 million. He was also one of the earliest Internet entrepreneurs with his start-up, RF Globalnet, being one of the most successful B2B websites in the mid-to-late 1990s and VerticalNet having one of the top ten IPOs of all time. 

Will Thorndike Jr.

Mr. Thorndike founded Housatonic Partners in Boston in 1994 and has been Managing Director since that time. A worldwide reference in search funds’ investments, he is a member of the board in several companies and author of The Outsiders.

Simon Webster

Simon Webster started the first search fund in Europe during the 90s, when he acquired a prosthetic limb supplier called RSL. After 10 years in charge, he was able to increase its turnover 10-fold to £30m. Currently, Simon is a mentor and investor to several search funds and he has invested in over 30 search funds. Based in the UK he is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and he teaches about Entrepreneurship through Acquisition and search funds at Cambridge Judge Business School and is a guest speaker at London Business School. Simon is also an investor focussed on the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Daniel Palacios is the Managing Partner of Ensyl Capital, a single-family office based in Miami, FL focused mainly in Real Estate, Private Equity, Search Funds, Credit/Special Situations among others. Daniel started his career in Investment Banking. He is also the Managing Partner of 23 & Park, a search fund based in Bogota, Colombia founded with his partner. 23&Park acquired and is actively operating Rentandes, a specialty finance long-term renting company for cars, trucks and heavy machinery/equipment. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
